Followloop provides a subscription service delivering curated, safety-validated MCP servers, prompt packs and AI resources to AI assistant clients. The service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranty of any kind.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOLLOWLOOP'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL FOLLOWLOOP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. FOLLOWLOOP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

Nothing in the service or its content constitutes legal, financial, medical, psychological or other professional advice. Content is provided for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on any information obtained through the service.
6. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content and outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. You are solely responsible for verifying any AI outputs before acting on them. Followloop is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI outputs.
7. Content Safety
While Followloop applies safety validation processes to content, we cannot guarantee that all content is free from errors, malicious code or harmful elements. You use all content and tools at your own risk.
8. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share your API key or use the service in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Followloop and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party rights.
10. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the service to: violate any applicable law; infringe intellectual property rights; transmit malware or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems; or use the service in any way that could damage, disable or impair the service.
11. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Followloop reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
12. Termination
Followloop may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
13. Content Changes
Followloop may modify, remove or discontinue any content or feature of the service at any time without notice. We are not obligated to maintain any particular content or functionality.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes not resolved by arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
