Followloop ("we", "us"), ABN 51 770 318 192, is committed to handling personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you email us, we collect your name, email address and anything you include. When a shopper uses a Followloop advisor on a retailer's website, the advisor may collect details the shopper chooses to provide (such as name, contact details, project details and preferred appointment time) on behalf of that retailer.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, provide and improve our service, and pass shopper-provided details to the relevant retailer so they can follow up. We do not sell personal information.

Disclosure

We use service providers (for example hosting, email and AI processing providers) who may store or process data in Australia or overseas. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it.

Retailer customers

Where we process shopper details on behalf of a retailer, that retailer's privacy policy also applies.
